Parking allocations are based on apartment type and leaseholder occupancy. One-bedroom apartments are permitted one parking space. Two-bedroom apartments are permitted up to two parking spaces when two leaseholders are listed on the lease; however, the B05 floor plan is limited to one parking space regardless of occupancy. Three-bedroom apartments are also permitted up to two parking spaces, provided two leaseholders are listed on the lease.
We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.
Our community offers gated access. Each resident will have a fob to enter the gate.

Applicants can expect a $75 application fee per person, a $300 administration fee, a $300 deposit, plus monthly charges including $60 for internet, a $15 amenity fee, and $3 for pest control.

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the 5th day of each month. Late fees will start on the 6th day of each month.
